We want our customers to be 100% happy with their orders. Therefore, we will happliy accept all returning items in the cases when:
– The item does not fit.
– The item has not been manufactured properly.
– You do not not like the purchased item and wish to return it.

Users can return the items 14 working days after the items have been received. Before returning the items, you are obligated to send an email to [email protected] three days upon the delivery date, mentioning that you would like to return the items and a reason behind such action. Once the we accept your request, you will receive a confirmation email. We allow 14 working days for you to return the items.

Customers that wish to return the items are responsible for the shipping costs.  If returning from outside the UK, you are responsible for Import Duties, Clearance or Handling Fees, including any other additional charges.

However, if the you are returning the items as a result of the our mistake (the wrong Product is sent or in the wrong size), the we are responsible for handling shipping costs.

Customers have to be aware that the Company is not obligated to replace the items that have been damaged from use, that are torn, stretched or stained.
