Wide Eye wants all of its costumers to be 100% satisfied with every order and therefore offers a full refund or exchange on any unused goods. Just send the product and receipt to us with a note saying who you are, the reason for returning the product and whether you want a refund or an exchange. If you want an exchange then tell us what product you wish to exchange it for, including size and colour if applicable. If the value of the item you would like is cheaper than the original item then we will refund the difference to your card. Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made.
We will issue your refund or exchange within 7 working days of receipt of your return (the returned item must be in the same condition as when we sent it). Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirming this. Please then allow a further 3 working days for the refund to be credited to your card (this is dictated by your bank or card issuer) or a further 5 working days for delivery of exchanged products. Delivery charges are non refundable unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection we recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
